In-person Classes
Power Vinyasa Flow
The Power Vinyasa Flow class is both powerful and energetic as well as focused and mindful. As you move through sequences and postures you will feel the energy of it being a dynamic practice as well as it being meditative.
Breath awareness and coordination are cued throughout the practice to help connect breath and movement.
This class will challenge you physically which allows you to notice your response to life’s difficult times. It will strengthen, stretch and reinvigorate your body, clear your mind and leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. Expect to move, sweat and be energized from the practice.
The studio is heated to a warm temperature (~85 degrees) which makes it a vigorous and revitalizing class.
Roots Foundation
The Roots Foundation class is focused and mindful and helps to build your yoga foundation. I will guide you through a grounding meditation, floor postures for stretching and flexibility, warrior poses to build strength and practice alignment, standing balance postures for balance and focus, ending floor postures, and a final savasana. As you move through postures and the warrior sequence you will feel the meditative quality of a yoga practice.
Breath awareness and coordination are practiced throughout the postures and sequences.
The studio is heated to a warm temperature (~80 degrees) to allow you to warm the muscles and improve flexibility.
