Meet Liz
Liz Hall
Liz first began practicing yoga in 2010 as just another fitness class at the gym. She fell in love with the physical benefits— increased flexibility, full body strength, and balance, but she soon recognized that yoga was so much more then an exercise for the body. Yoga helped Liz turn inward, as she learned self acceptance, self discipline, and a deeper trust in God & in herself.
Liz is a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher as well as a Certified Breath Coach from YogaBody. She has a passion for guiding people in discovering their connection with themselves and God. She teaches in-person yoga classes in a loft studio in her home in Gilbert, Arizona and is now creating a online video library to reach more indivinduals who would like to heal through the power of yoga and a connection with Christ as the ultimate healer.
Liz enjoys teaching creative flows and teaching the connection between movement and breath, allowing the sequences to become a moving meditation.
